Terms & Conditions
1. Scope of Work
All work will be completed as described in the approved quote. Any changes or additions requested by the client may result in extra costs. Plant varieties and materials may be substituted if supply issues occur, and substitutions will be made with comparable options.
2. Pricing and Payment
A deposit may be required before work begins. Final payment is due upon completion of the project unless agreed otherwise. Prices are based on the information available at the time of quoting. If unexpected issues arise, including hidden debris, rock, excess soil, or access difficulties, additional charges may apply. Late payments may attract recovery fees.
3. Access to Site
The client must provide safe and clear access to the property at all times while work is underway. The client is responsible for identifying and notifying us of underground services such as electrical, gas, water, sewer, stormwater, communications lines, or irrigation. We are not liable for damage caused to services that were not disclosed.
4. Materials and Ownership
Materials delivered to site remain the property of the business until the project is paid in full. Delivery times may vary due to supplier delays or weather conditions.
5. Plants and Gardens
Plants provided will be healthy at the time of installation. Once installed, the ongoing care, watering, fertilising, and maintenance of all plants becomes the responsibility of the client. Plant growth and survival depend on conditions beyond our control, so no guarantee is provided once work is completed.
6. Weather and Delays
Landscaping work is affected by weather. Start dates and completion dates are estimates only. Delays may occur due to rain, extreme heat, supplier issues, or other factors outside our control. We will communicate any delays as they arise.
7. Warranties
We provide a workmanship warranty on hardscape installations such as paving, retaining walls, timber structures, and concrete. This warranty does not cover natural ground movement, existing soil conditions, changes caused by weather, wear and tear, or damage caused by people, pets, or vehicles.
8. Maintenance
Ongoing maintenance is the responsibility of the client unless a maintenance plan has been purchased. We are not responsible for weeds, plant death, irrigation issues, or lawn deterioration once the job is complete.
9. Waste Removal
Waste removal is included only if stated in the quote. Additional rubbish, soil, green waste, or construction waste may incur extra charges.
10. Health and Safety
We follow all workplace health and safety requirements. The client must ensure the site is safe for workers and remove hazards such as animals, unstable structures, or personal items that may interfere with the work.
11. Cancellation
If the client cancels after booking, costs for materials already purchased or work already completed may be charged. Cancellations made within a short period before the scheduled start date may incur fees.
12. Liability
We are not liable for damage or loss caused by weather, pests, pre-existing site issues, structural weaknesses, inaccurate information provided by the client, or actions taken by third parties. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss.
13. Photos and Marketing
We may take photos of the project for documentation or marketing. If the client does not wish photos to be used, they must inform us in writing before work begins.
14. Acceptance
By accepting our quote or paying a deposit, the client confirms they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
